Thank you for inquiring about having your party at Joshua Tree Saloon & Grill. We have our outdoor space that is available for rent. The outside patio, “Our Yard” has a seating capacity of 100 people. For a cocktail only party we have the capacity of up to 150.

The site fee to rent the Yard varies depending on the day of the event and time of year. The fee covers the use of the space for up to 5 hours, all table settings, desert like centerpieces, picnic benches for seating, a bar setup and all the required staffing. All table coverings, heaters, tables and chairs (if requested), etc. will be priced out, and charged additionally. You are welcome to bring any decorations, candles, or party lighting of your choice. The Yard has permanent string lights for lighting. We allow 2 hours for setup prior to the 5 hour rental commencing. Our Yard opens for parties at noon.

For the bar, we will provide your choice of beer, wine, and/or spirits from out of the products that we currently stock. The bar can be either host or no ­host, and we charge by consumption. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Food is priced per head. All food will be prepared in our kitchen. Although, we do allow outside caterers. We will need your final head count at least 14 days in advance of your event. You will be charged according to this head count.

We require payment for the entire site fee once a date has been confirmed. We also require a valid credit card to have on file to cover any expenses that may be left unpaid, or in the event of damages. In the event of a cancellation, half of the space rental fee will be refunded as long as we are notified 60 days in advance of the event date. The Saloon reserves the right to cancel an event and return full deposit at least 6 months in advance of confirmed date should a conflict arise with that said date.

In case you are not from the High Desert, the weather can be unpredictable and extreme, and our winters, cold and windy. Please keep in mind that in the event of inclement weather, we will not be able to move your party inside. Summers days are quite hot, but most nights beautiful and cool. We look forward to hosting your event!

1 entrée, 2 sides- $25/head (guests have a choice between 2 different entrees-All dinners will receive the same 2 sides.)

2 entrees, 2 sides- $37/head (guests have a choice between two different, 2 entrée combinations-All dinners will receive the same 2 sides.)

$4.50/head each additional side

We also offer a taco bar. our taco bar is a buffet style setup & includes the following:

Choice of two proteins (shredded beef, chicken tinga, carnitas, or PORTOBELLO mushrooms, as a vegetarian option.)

ALL Of the taco fixings, homemade chips & salsa, rice & beans, & warm corn tortillas.

Tax and gratuity are not included. A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
